Madeline Island Ferry Line is hiring deckhands for ferry runs between Bayfield and La Pointe (Madeline Island), WI. Deckhands assist the Captain with vessel operation and customer service: line handling and tie-up; lookout and radar watch in adverse weather/night; fare collection on a handheld; loading vehicles, passengers, and freight; engine-room checks; cleaning passenger/deck/pilothouse/engine spaces; and dock/facility upkeep including painting and minor repairs.
